3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Additional charges not allowed for above to be charged at $150.00 per hour. Where attendances are required by a partner or senior staff member, their charge-out rate will apply.
Facsimile/toll charges.
Photocopying charges are additional to the above fees.
Postage is included in agency charges.

NOTE – District Court charges $5 per document sheet.
